The Milan coach doesn’t give up after the defeat at Parma. Milan have always reacted to every kind of difficulty and will continue doing so. The race is open, but Milan only have to think about themselves.

PARMA – After the defeat at Parma Leonardo analyzed the match and the Rossoneri’s moment: “Today we had a poor first half, they made us suffer, but even when we had the ball we didn’t have clear ideas. In the second half we did better, not with a lot of clarity, but we created some chances. Then in the end we were punished by Bojinov’s goal. We had thought about a different match, the idea was to have players who played the ball well, but evidently we didn’t have a great night. In the second half we improved, but we weren’t incisive. Now we have to stay calm, we have done important things and we can’t lose ourselves. Pirlo’s sending off? I don’t comment on refereeing decisions. It’s the fifth defeat in 30 games, we are together with Roma and we still have Inter at a reasonable distance. I can’t deny that our play has given us quality and goals, we have a clear identity, our characteristics are clear. At the moment we have essences that are certainly important, we are less incisive, but we still want to maintain our characteristics. We can’t change our way of interpreting games, I think that tonight we lacked sharpness. We’ve had many highs and lows this season, this team has always reacted, that’s why I am calm. I still believe in it, something between Inter and Roma will happen, but we have to think about ourselves.”
